No external donations


The importance of no having external donations, in a president campaign, can not be underestimated.

The possibility that the candidate can establish his own agenda for policies implementation, with out  listening to donors bureaucracy is key to advancement.
The regime will then be focused to utter information to legislators to approve new or changes in laws.

However, the code of conduct within the administration   will probably be jeopardized,  as there will be no internal supervision from other inside or political sources.

Will be enough then,  to engage  parties  legislators in the rules to approve,  required  to obtain  the pursued results with out much internal  debate on the real benefits . 
The scarce participation will not guarantee that the administration is following the right direction. Policies and regulations will experiment rampant biases, to detriment of the straight pursue of improvement.
